Use | Uses Disperse Orange 73 is a disperse dye, suitable for polyester and polyester cotton, polyester acetate fiber dyeing and its fabric printing, bright color, with medium dyeing depth and good transfer, the fastness is excellent. It is also one of the main components of the mixed black dye, disperse black 2B-SE. Disperse dyes have complete chromatogram, bright color, high color strength and good economy. |
Raw Materials | 4-Nitroaniline N-Cyanoethyl-hydroxyethyl aniline 3-((2-(Benzoyloxy)ethyl)phenylamino)propiononitrile 4-Nitroaniline |
EPA chemical information | Propanenitrile, 3-[[2-(benzoyloxy)ethyl][4-[(4-nitrophenyl)azo]phenyl]amino]- (40690-89-9) |
Using N-cyanoethyl-N-hydroxyethyl aniline and p-nitroaniline as raw materials, N-cyanoethyl-N-hydroxyethyl aniline and benzoyl chloride are first benzoylated to obtain an intermediate (I). Then the p-nitroaniline is diazotized and coupled with (I) to obtain the product. The finished product is filtered, ground and dried.
